Matrimonial modifies nouns relating to marriage — cama matrimonial (double bed, literally matrimonial bed) is its most common collocation in everyday Spanish. It does not change form for feminine nouns. Cama matrimonial is widely used in Latin America where English speakers might say 'queen' or 'double bed'.
