Also means
concern
Usage Note
Preocupación is the noun from the verb preocupar, which works like gustar: me preocupa el resultado ('the result worries me') rather than yo me preocupo por el resultado for the reflexive construction. The plural preocupaciones is very common: no tengas preocupaciones ('don't worry'). Note the written accent on the final syllable as with all -ción nouns.
Examples
"Su mayor preocupación es el trabajo."
Natural Translation
His biggest worry is work.
