Usage Note
Me is the first-person singular object pronoun, used for both direct and indirect objects (me llama 'he calls me', me da 'he gives me'). It also forms part of reflexive constructions (me lavo 'I wash myself'). As a clitic it always precedes conjugated verbs but attaches to infinitives and gerunds (verme, viéndome).
