indignant
Usage Note
Indignado describes a person — or collectively a movement — feeling moral outrage. It gained special prominence in Spain from 2011, when the Movimiento 15-M protesters were widely called los indignados (the outraged), echoing Stéphane Hessel's pamphlet ¡Indignaos!. The verb indignarse ('to become outraged') is reflexive; the noun is indignación.
Examples
"Los ciudadanos están muy indignados con la corrupción."
