Usage Note

Enfadar means to make someone angry; reflexively (enfadarse) it means 'to get angry'. In Spain it is the standard verb for this; in much of Latin America enojar / enojarse is preferred instead. Enfadarse con alguien means 'to get angry with someone', and estar enfadado describes the resulting state.
