Venezolano refers to anything or anyone from Venezuela. As a noun it means 'a Venezuelan person'; the feminine is venezolana. The v is pronounced as a 'b' sound, following standard Spanish phonetics. Venezuela takes its name from Veneziola (Little Venice), coined by explorers.
