Usage Note

Tu (no accent) is the informal singular possessive determiner, meaning 'your' when addressing someone as . It must not be confused with (with accent), the subject pronoun 'you'. Unlike English 'your', tu does not change for noun gender but does have a plural form tus for plural nouns (tu libro, tus libros). For formal address, use su instead.
