Trabajador is the masculine form; the feminine is trabajadora. As an adjective it means 'hardworking' (es muy trabajador = he is very hardworking) — the same form serves both functions. The base verb is trabajar. In labour law contexts, los trabajadores is the standard term for 'the workforce' or 'employees'.
