Usage Note
Seguido is the past participle of seguir used as an adjective (días seguidos = consecutive days) and also as an adverb meaning 'often' or 'frequently' (lo hace muy seguido = she does it very often, especially in Latin America). In Spain seguido as an adverb meaning 'often' is less common; a menudo or frecuentemente tend to be preferred.
