Respeto is an uncountable noun in most uses: mostrar respeto (to show respect), falta de respeto (lack of respect). The expression con (todo el) respeto softens a disagreement, similar to 'with all due respect'. The verb respetar and adjective respetuoso share the same root. The plural respetos appears in the formal greeting mis respetos (my respects).
