Registrado is the past participle of registrar used as an adjective, agreeing in gender and number: marca registrada (registered trademark), usuarios registrados (registered users). The phrase marca registrada is so fixed that it often appears as the symbol ® in Spanish documents. Do not confuse with grabado (recorded on media).
