Reconciliación refers to the restoration of friendly relations between parties. In political contexts it often carries the weight of post-conflict peace-building (reconciliación nacional). In religious use it can mean the sacrament of confession. The verb is reconciliar and the reflexive reconciliarse con alguien means 'to make up with someone'.
