Usage Note

Rebosar means to overflow a container (liquid spilling over the edge) and figuratively to be brimming with something: rebosa de alegría (he is overflowing with joy). It is often used with de: un vaso que rebosa de agua. Don't confuse it with rebasar, which means to exceed or surpass a limit (rebasar el límite de velocidad).
