Paralímpico is the Spanish-language official spelling endorsed by the International Paralympic Committee (note the written accent on the i). It refers to the Paralympic Games or athletes who compete in them: Juegos Paralímpicos, deportista paralímpico. The feminine is paralímpica; the noun form for the Games uses the plural los Paralímpicos.
