Modos is the plural of modo ('way, manner, mood'). In grammar, modos verbales refers to verb moods (indicativo, subjuntivo, imperativo). In everyday speech, de todos modos ('anyway, in any case') and de ningún modo ('no way, by no means') are fixed phrases learners encounter constantly. The phrase a mi modo means 'in my own way'.
