Integrado is the past participle of integrar used adjectivally — sistema integrado ('integrated system'), circuito integrado ('integrated circuit'). It also describes social inclusion: una comunidad bien integrada ('a well-integrated community'). The reflexive verb integrarse en means 'to integrate into' or 'to fit in with'.
