Incomodidad refers to physical or social discomfort (sentir incomodidad, to feel discomfort; perdone la incomodidad, sorry for the inconvenience). It is the noun form of incómodo (uncomfortable). Unlike molestia, which suggests an active irritant, incomodidad tends to imply a more passive, ambient unease.
