Usage Note
Frustrado is the past participle of frustrar used as an adjective; it agrees in gender and number (frustrada, frustrados, frustradas). It describes a person feeling frustrated, or a plan that was thwarted ('un intento frustrado', a failed attempt). Use estar (not ser) when describing a temporary emotional state.
