Esperanzador ('giving hope') is the active-sense adjective of esperanza (hope). It agrees in gender: esperanzadora (f). It describes external situations or signs that inspire optimism (una señal esperanzadora), not a person's inner state — for that, use esperanzado/a ('feeling hopeful'). The distinction mirrors English 'hopeful result' vs 'hopeful person'.
