Descontrolado is the past-participle adjective of descontrolar and describes someone or something that has lost or exceeded normal control. It agrees in gender and number: descontrolada, descontrolados. In informal speech desatado or desbocado can overlap in meaning; descontrolado is the most neutral of the three.
