Carnet (also spelled carné) is the standard Spanish word for an official identity card or licence — carnet de conducir (driving licence), carnet de identidad (ID card), carnet de socio (membership card). The French loanword has been fully naturalised; both spellings are accepted by the RAE. The plural follows normal rules: carnets or carnés.
