Bordado is the past-participle adjective of bordar ('to embroider') and describes fabric decorated with needlework. Colloquially, bordado also means 'done to perfection' or 'nailed it' (lo has bordado = 'you nailed it'). The feminine is bordada; the noun el bordado means embroidery as a craft or product.
