Antisindical is the standard legal and journalistic term in Spanish labour discourse for practices or policies that undermine trade-union rights. It is invariable for gender (conducta antisindical, comportamiento antisindical) and the plural adds -es (prácticas antisindicales). Closely related is vulneración de derechos sindicales.
