Usage Note
Éxito is a classic false friend: it means 'success', NOT 'exit' (which is salida). Tener éxito is the standard phrase for 'to be successful'; con éxito means 'successfully'. The adjective is exitoso/a (successful), more common in Latin America than in Spain, where con éxito is preferred in formal registers.
