Ágil does not change for gender — un movimiento ágil, una mente ágil — but it adds -es in the plural: ágiles. The written accent is always required on the first syllable. Beyond physical nimbleness, ágil is widely used in tech and business (metodología ágil = agile methodology), a direct calque from English 'agile'.
