Visitado is the past participle of visitar used as an adjective, most commonly in the superlative construction: el lugar más visitado del país (the most visited place in the country). It agrees in gender and number with the noun it modifies (ciudad muy visitada, museos muy visitados). In web analytics contexts, páginas visitadas means visited pages.
