Uniforme serves as both a masculine noun (el uniforme escolar — the school uniform) and an invariable adjective meaning 'uniform/consistent' (velocidad uniforme — uniform speed). As an adjective it does not change for gender. The verb uniformar means 'to standardize' or 'to dress in uniform'. The noun plural is regular uniformes.
