Also means
considerably, appreciably
Usage Note
Sensiblemente is a classic false friend: it does NOT mean 'sensibly' (that is sensatamente or con sensatez). It means 'noticeably, appreciably, to a perceptible degree' (los precios han subido sensiblemente, 'prices have risen noticeably'). The underlying adjective sensible likewise means 'perceptible / sensitive', not 'sensible' in the English sense. This is one of the most common Spanish-English false friends at advanced level.
Examples
"La temperatura ha bajado sensiblemente esta semana."
Natural Translation
The temperature has dropped noticeably this week.
