Séptimo is the ordinal numeral for seven, agreeing in gender: el séptimo día, la séptima planta. Beyond tenth, Spanish speakers often swap ordinals for cardinals in informal speech (el piso doce instead of el duodécimo piso), but ordinals through tenth are standard. Note the written accent on the first syllable.
