Reproche is always masculine. The related verb is reprochar (te reprocho tu silencio — I reproach you for your silence), and the reflexive reprocharse means to blame oneself. Reproche is more personal and emotional than crítica (criticism) and less formal than reprimenda (reprimand). It often implies a hurt feeling rather than a professional sanction.
