Usage Note
Reforzado is the past participle of reforzar used attributively and agrees in gender and number. It is common in technical contexts (hormigón reforzado = 'reinforced concrete') as well as figurative ones (un mensaje reforzado = 'a strengthened message'). The noun refuerzo ('reinforcement') and verb reforzar belong to the same family.
