Rebasado is the past participle of rebasar used as an adjective, meaning a limit, capacity, or deadline has been exceeded. Rebasar is especially common in Mexico and other Latin American countries as an equivalent to Spain's adelantar when describing overtaking a vehicle. The form rebasada is used with feminine nouns.
