Reaccionar is a regular -ar verb meaning to react or respond to a stimulus, event, or treatment (el paciente reaccionó bien al medicamento). The noun is reacción. In colloquial use reaccionar can carry a gentle imperative flavour: ¡reacciona! (snap out of it! / get a grip!).
