Also means
rush
Usage Note
Prisa is most common in the expressions tener prisa ('to be in a hurry') and darse prisa ('to hurry up'). A toda prisa means 'at full speed'. In Latin America apurarse is preferred over darse prisa, but prisa as a noun is understood everywhere.
Examples
"Tengo mucha prisa, no puedo esperar."
Natural Translation
I'm in a big hurry, I can't wait.
