Usage Note
Postergar means to push something to a later date or to put it in a lower-priority position. In some Latin American varieties it also means to set aside or sideline a person (lo postergaron en la empresa, 'they sidelined him at the company'). In Spain posponer or aplazar are more natural, while postergar is more common in Argentina and Uruguay.
