Usage Note
Pleno means fully occupied or at the height of something: en pleno verano = 'in the middle of summer', en pleno centro = 'right in the city centre'. As a noun, el pleno refers to a full assembly or plenary session (pleno municipal). It does not apocopate before a noun. The adverb plenamente means 'fully' or 'completely'.
