Usage Note
Pequeñito is a double diminutive of pequeño (small), formed with the -ito suffix on the already-diminutive stem — conveying extra smallness and often affection. In speech it is common when talking to or about young children. The feminine form is pequeñita; regional variants pequeñín/pequeñina exist in northern Spain.
