Usage Note
Parcialmente is formed regularly from the adjective parcial + -mente. It means 'not entirely' and collocates naturally with verbs like cubrir, resolver, or financiar — el proyecto está parcialmente financiado (the project is partially funded). Do not confuse parcial with 'partial' in the biased sense; for bias, Spanish also uses parcial but the context must make it clear.
Examples
"El problema quedó solo parcialmente resuelto."
Natural Translation
The problem was only partially solved.
