Pacientemente is formed regularly from paciente + -mente and carries no surprises in form. It collocates tightly with verbs of waiting and enduring: esperar pacientemente, aguardar pacientemente. Spanish often drops the adverb in favour of the phrase con paciencia, especially in speech, where the long -mente form can feel formal.
