Orientado is the past participle of orientar used as an adjective, meaning aimed at or focused on a target — orientado al cliente ('customer-oriented'). It is ubiquitous in professional and marketing Spanish. The feminine form is orientada; orientado a or orientado hacia introduces the goal.
