Usage Note
Necesariamente is a sentence adverb meaning 'of necessity' or 'by necessity,' often found in logical or argumentative prose: no significa necesariamente que… ('it does not necessarily mean that…'). It is more formal than forzosamente and pairs naturally with negative constructions to express that something is not an inevitable consequence.
