Mecanográfico relates to the skill or process of typewriting (mecanografía). It is an increasingly rare adjective as typewriters have been replaced by computers, but still appears in formal exam contexts — prueba mecanográfica (typing test) — and archival descriptions. The feminine form is mecanográfica.
