Limitación refers to a constraint on what can be done or achieved, whether physical, legal, or personal. The plural limitaciones is frequent: conocer las propias limitaciones ('to know one's own limitations'). The verb is limitar and the adjective limitado/a. Do not confuse with límite (a boundary or deadline).
