Usage Note

Inteligencia covers both natural mental ability and, in a formal or governmental context, an intelligence agency (los servicios de inteligencia). It is an abstract noun and therefore always feminine, as expected for -ncia endings. The adjective is inteligente and the adverb inteligentemente.
