Usage Note
Injusto is the direct antonym of justo and is one of the most common words for 'unfair' in Spanish. It agrees in gender and number: una decisión injusta, leyes injustas. The related noun is injusticia ('injustice'), and the adverb is injustamente. Use injusto for both moral unfairness and procedural unfairness.

Natural Translation
She finds it unfair that they don't pay her equally.
Literal Translation
It-seems-to-her unfair that not they-pay her equally
