Inaugurado is the past participle of inaugurar used as an adjective, describing something that has been formally opened or launched — el edificio recién inaugurado ('the newly opened building'). The noun is inauguración; the ceremony itself is called la inauguración. Note that inaugurar requires a formal or official opening; for casual openings, abrir is used instead.
