Usage Note
Gravitacional is an invariable adjective (same form for masculine and feminine) and is used exclusively in scientific and technical contexts: campo gravitacional (gravitational field), onda gravitacional (gravitational wave). The everyday noun is gravedad; learners should not confuse gravitacional with grave (serious/low-pitched), which shares the same Latin root gravis.
Examples

Natural Translation
Gravitational force keeps the planets in orbit.
