Usage Note
Gazpacho is a cold Andalusian soup made from blended raw vegetables, primarily tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, olive oil, and vinegar. It is always masculine and has no plural in common use. In Spain it is served as a summer starter or refreshment. Note that gazpacho manchego is a completely different dish — a meat stew from La Mancha — sharing only the name.
