Also means
honestly
Usage Note
Francamente is a discourse adverb used to signal candour, much like English 'frankly' or 'to be honest.' It most often fronts a sentence (Francamente, no lo entiendo — 'Frankly, I don't understand it') but can also follow a verb for emphasis. It is not a false friend: 'French' in Spanish is francés, not francamente.
Examples
"Francamente, no me parece bien."
Natural Translation
Frankly, I don't think it's right.
