exclusivamente

exclusively, solely

adverb ehks-kloo-see-bah-MEN-teh Less Common

Usage Note

Exclusivamente is formed from the adjective exclusivo + the suffix -mente ('in an exclusive manner'). It carries no written accent because its base adjective exclusivo has none; only -mente adverbs built on an already-accented adjective keep the tilde (rápidorápidamente). It is a formal-register word; in everyday speech solo or únicamente are more common for 'only.'

Examples
